A farmer is having 6 parcels of land in his name, some of which are self acquired properties and some are ancestral. The said farmer is having 3 sons and 1 daughter. The daughter is insane & unmarried. The farmer has made a separate arrangement for the livelihood of the daughter. Now the said farmer wants to transfer his land in the name of his 3 sons equally by allotting 2 land parcels to each one of them as per their family settlement.
Now in this scenario, kindly give your valuable guidance as to what type of document should be executed by the farmer, so that the said land parcels will independently recorded in the name of each of his son, with minimum stamp duty.
The land is lying in Maharashtra- Raigad.
