MBBS admission at Tamilnadu is on the basis of Mark only. If student not scored good cut-off, they have to put their ambition in well . In all field, if any one failed in attempt they can try next time. But as per the policy of Tamilnadu, no one could not try MBBS admission in the next time, since there is no way. Government policy refuse the basic right to try again.
Now NEET (common Entrance ) abolished by Supreme Court. I can’t go to Supreme Court.
As a common man shall I write a letter to Chief Justice of Supreme Court regarding NEET benefir and Non_benefit by Mark Basis Admission by Tamilnadu Government

Govt policy can be challnaged only if it is against constitutional provision.
You have not specified that why try again is basic right.
It is good to learn that in today era of having factories of doctors and engineers atleast some govt is adopting harder norms for one to be a doctor.

you have not been able to specify what do you mean by

Agree that the Govt. policy can not be challenged till it is against provisions of Constitution. You can try other avenues of Pvt. Colleges and/or others.
