Dear Experts, This query is from my mothers side.
We are six brother and sisters and one mother. My Father was owner of a land in a village. He died few years back. As my father did not made any will, we six brother and sisters and my mom are legally equal owner of that land.
One of my brother insisted to transfer my right on that land to him. So he took me to the Tehsil office and i signed some document (i don't know what those documents called) by which i transferred my right on land to my brother.
now because of this my other brothers have got angry. Therefore i want to cancel that transfer and give my right to my mother.
Please suggest the best course of action. Can i cancel that transfer which i made to my brother? and then can i transfer he same to my mother.
Waiting for your kind reply.
Thanks in advance.

Without going through all the documents, nothing concrete can be advised. If it was a gift deed, it is difficult to reverse the same. Contact local lawyer. Before it take all the copies, you have signed, from Tehsil Office.

You cannot get its cancellation without alleging the fraud played upon you and then filing the civil suit which may take years to decide.
