Child visitation :days can be reduced ?

while Child custody case is going on,
me and my wife agree and submitted joint petition on
visitation of child once in a week for 2 hours, court allowed it
But one month have not passed , my wife file petition to reduce visitation right to twice in a month(each 15 days)
as she is a nurse in a govt hospital,she can not get leave each Saturday
My question
1)is visitation right can be reduced after joint mutual petition ?
2)How to protect , that i can meet my son each week

The case would be decided by the magistrate on merits base on the evidences and documents placed before it. You should oppose her requst. Take assistance of local lawyer.

Put up the facts before the Court, however, both the parents have equal right of custody/meeting rights of the minor. After perusal of circumstances presented, the court is to decide keeping in view the "paramount interest of minor child" and of course, the application/petition.
