Learned experts,
I am told that recently the Supreme court has relaxed some of its findings in NAMITH SHARMA VS UNION OF INDIA WITH REGARD TO APPOINTMENTS OF INFORMATION COMMISSIONERS. In spite of best efforts, I could not lay my hands. I would be glad if any of the experts could cite the judgment. Tnx in advance.
