Dear experts,
a person having land an extent Ac.3-15 Gts in A.P. and died leaving his wife as his legal heir.she went to Tahasil office for mutation in favor giving a petition along with death certificate of her husband. The Tahasildar informed her that your lands are under temple lands and instructions from Sub-Registrar office hence it is not possible to mutate the same in your favor. The Revenue authorities given passbooks and Title deeds long back and possession and enjoyment since from long back.Revenue Records showing that lands are in the name of the PERSON.But only in the records of Sub-Registrar showing as Endowment lands. The same is inquired with the Endowment department. The endowment Asst. commissioner of the District sent a report to the Commissioner ,Endowment Dept.to the State stating that the land is belongs to pattadar and not belongs endowment or to any temple. The copy of the report shown to the Tahasildar but refused to mutate the same and advised to get the court order.hence i request you that kindly on what basis i have to file the case.i am counsel for the wife of the person.
