Download the PF rules of the establishment since it has its own trust.
If PF and Pension number is same then you should be able to track by the PF a/c number.
If you are not able to do the same demand to supply you the pension a/c number if it is different.
Since you have not completed more than 9Y6M of service you should be able to withdraw pension fund as well.
If you wish to continue pension a/c thru future employer you may request to issue you the scheme certificate.
Instead of remaining entangled with HR by verbal communications submit a written communication under proper acknowledgment and demand proper and written reply by redg. post.
Based on the reply you may proceed further.
You should also be eligible for the payment of Gratuity. If the same has not been paid you may demand to supply you the notice of calculation of Gratuity (and check if the same was sent to Controlling Authority of Gratuity also) and submit FormI also (or the form as prescribed in Gratuity Rules of the establishment).
