My divorce case (sep 12) under proceeding she filed HMA24 & 26 (Nov 12) and also 498a (on 27/07/13) also running, AB granted and report not submitted. i am in air force so POR (personal occurance reort) action is being followed for record/status changes hence no part-II order (applicable for army only) exists in this. how can i change next of kin from wife to mother/brother.
while during my marriage POR action, there was mendatory to make wife next of kin as official said this. is it so..?
they now saying that need divorce decree to change if next of kin. Are they right..?

You cannot change NOK at this stage because despite of your litigation, your wife is still having the status of your legally wedded wife. You need to obtain a decree of divorce for the change of entries in your service record.
