It is not the net pay that matter. Rather it is the gross pay that would matter.

Salary is immaterial
Even Pilot of Air Plane is workman.
It is the duty and authority u enjoy that decide u r Mg Staff or a Workman.
Ur Appointment Letter content of terms and conditions of your job decide this fact.
