Holding disproportionate asset by private sector employee

Dear Sir,
A person who is working in private sector society for 15K monthly salary and has some 10 acres irrigation land, has earned disproportionate money by some illegal way and has no source for that money (Aprox 60 lacs). its all in cash and has come to his & his family members accounts in just two months time.
1) Is there any way to lodge a complaint on him to conduct a raid by district lokayukta and IT dept for holding a disproportionate cash in his and his family members account?
2) If yes can it be filed without any documents?

PC Act applies opn public servnts only. so lokayukta can do nothing in case of privte person.
by the way how is he earning money?
any connivance with any public official?

His brothers son in law is an inspector in COD and one more relative is also PSI.

how are you concerned ? he may have perfect explanation . may have received property by gift deed . he is not in position when he can misuse his position . not a public servant

You are not the aggrieved party.
You do not any concrete proof.
You are asking guidance basing on your presumptions.

Am only concern because its peoples hard earned money come through corruption to him by his in laws who are in police and am 100% sure he is not having any gift deed. he cannot produce any concrete evidence or proof how he has earned it legally and its not just my presumption am sure about it.
and fighting against corruption is definitely my concern as its my money, our money & the money of every citizen of india who is paying tax and if you all feel that it should not be my concern then am really sorry for seeking the advice for the betterment of society.

You can lodge complaint with IT aithrotites and pray that they may take action against whom you seems to have certain enmity.
