Dual home registration of brother and sister.

Hi...

My Wife and his Brother got one flat for redevelopment of there existing House in Dombivli. This property is come under Grampanchyat.
They have registered the New flat on the name of Both i.e. Brother and sister(my wife)

Now they are trying to obtain loan from banks but they are denyed by banks resoned property is in grampancyayat and registration between brother and sister.

Kindly suggest me how to go further

if title to property is not clear no bank will grnat loan . it appears property does not come within muncipal limits . no building plans are sanctioned no occupation certifcate issued . banks dont want to take any chance and grant loans to suchh property

Registration of a deed in between brother and sister, is not a cause for rejection of a loan by bank. I agreed with the opinion of Mr. Ajay Sethi, the rest of things.

Property in the name of two is no reason to deny loan. If construction plan is proper, duly verified cost aspects, Bank should not deny the loan. Talk another Bank preferably some nationalized Bank.
