This query is : Resolved
Hello,
I have to file a case which is bound by Limitation by 29th of December 2013 but the court will be going through holidays till 31st January 2014.
My query is -
Will the date be extended to the next working date when the court opens on 1st Jan 2014
or
by the number of days the court was on holidays say 10 days
or
the limitation will end before the start of the holidays.
Thanks ...

As OF LEGAL NECESSITY YOU NEED TO FILE IT on 1st Jan 2014
Better file before it closes.

I said so because i realised '31st January 2013' is already past and you erred in typing.

What is your botheration about the huge rush on 01.01.14 in the court, you are filing your case like others filing their own, bring the case on court records on that day and be safe about the limitation problems.
