How can i register the house

my mother 70years having a old house and regularly paying all taxes(house and water)in her name.now, she want to sell the property.. But she has no property Documents.. only muncipal tax receipts.. how she is selling property..need advise

your mother dosent have any valid title to property . without property documents no one will buy the same .

Find out who is the real owner of the house from the registrar's office and if it is in your mother's name get the duplicate papers and later on sell the house.

You can find the original owner's name through Registrar's office by providing the town survey number of the property, extract the document/deed of the property and then proceed as per law.
