Marriage without any ritual, before court only

Hi

Is there any law in India which gives liberty to any person not to follow any ritual of any religion and can get married before the court with the consent of boy and girl. Can Magistrate get the marriage done without any ritual of any religion???
(Specially in Hindu religion)

You can perform the marriage giving 30 days notice before marriage registrar without following any rituals.

Yes, you can do so before the Marriage registrar under Special Marriage Act.
Here no ritual is needed.
