Shall i join the clubbed single lawyer or have a separate case

(Querist) 05 January 2014 This query is : Resolved
Context:
There is an evacuation of my chawl. And many of the tenants are not the bloodline of actual tenants. The original tenants sold it to current people which legally is not valid as the chawl belongs to owner.

My question: My mother is grand daughter in law of the original tenant. So is it better to fight alone as we are genuine tenant. Or we shall club our case with other odd 20 tenants some of which are not original tenants?

In case case goes against those non-origin tenants will i also lose if i club my case with them?

Please advise, thank you.

Better file separate case.

It is better to plead your case alone.
