I would like to join LAW degree and practice in the TAXATION Branch (not civil or criminal) But don't find taxation branch in the curriculam.
Pl. advise and guide how do I choose for this branch.

Dear querist, In Law courses you have to take specilisation in Taxtaion law during the the course and you will have to read entire papers like IPC, Cr.pc, contract act, cpc etc.

one of subjects in law course is income tax . but you have to pass in all papers for your law degree .

1) Am I to join a Govt Law college or can join Pvt Law college.
2) What is the difference between LLB and BL
3) I am commerce graduate..
4) what is the age restriction (I am 30 plus)

1. You can join any recognized Govt. or Private college.
2. LLB is regular professional course, BL is academic.
3. Commerce Graduate is eligible for LLb provided other conditions fulfilled.
4. Age limit for the general category for the three year LLB Course is 30 years and for SC/ST and OBC, the age limit is 35 years. some Universities are giving admissions otherwise also. Unaware of any circular of BCI in the matter of removing age Bar. However, case is pending with the court.
