2nd wife harassing me and my wife son

Hi Sir,

I got married in year 2003 and have a minor son. My Wife got expired in 2010 due to bone marrow issue.
My parents force me to marry a girl who can take care of kid and me.Since the marriage she is harrasing me and my son.Always left home and making tortures.She left house multiple times.my son who does not have mother is under going through trauma daily due to the fights .I have never taken any money during the marriage .Now she left home 2 months back and now she is blaming all bad things and abusing my parents .

Please let me know what should i do.I am totally depressed in life due to the incident happened to my wife and taking caring of my son.

I do not think you should continue this relationship. Ask for mutual divorce.
You may have to pay some money but that is more worthwhile for both you and the child than becoming insane over the period of time.

file a divorce petiton against her and got legal seperation immediately.

Hello Sir, She has stated that she will not divorce me and now writing in mails like i need to pay.For her carrer and enjoyment she left the house and now she is telling i told to leave.In multiple mails she has written about i left her.But the actual thing is she likes freedom and booked the tickets and left to a different city for Job.
My parents are very Old and now we are in a fear what she can do ... if she put wrong cases againt us it will be difficult to live.Pls suggest

Yes, you have to be prepared for facing some criminal cases but that is minuscule compared to what you and your son facing now or is likely face for rest of the life.
Be a man and ready to face anything for your sake and that of your son and parents It would be a temporary phase and once bail is granted all will die with passage of time.

Wait and watch. No alternate seems to be available but to face the criminal cases. If she has done cruelty against your old mother she may file case of domestic violence against her.
