Agreement between an Indian entity ("service provider") and a
Dubai based company ("contractor"), where the governing law is Dubai.

In view of the above agreement, we have the following queries: -

1). How can the service provider recover its unpaid fees for services provided to the contractor both (i.e.) through litigation and otherwise.

2). How can the service provider deal with ipr and indemnity claims, considering dubai as the place of jurisdiction?

It is my repeated reply to the repeated query:-

Provide what is the type of service provided, what is the problem faced by the service provider, is there any third party directly or indirectly involved in the said contract.
