To appoint commissioner ,as I came to know opposite party filed wrong plan ,should I mention to take measurements of my plot or should the measurements of opposite partys plot has to be made.

U FILE UR CORRECT SITE PLAN IN COURT.ALSO PRAY TO COURT TO GIVE DIRECTIONS TO LC TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS OF PLOT.

Agree, file your correct plan and prey the court for local commissioner for measurements.

Local commissioner must be expert. So ask for expert commissioner.
