Fake offer letter

Dear Experts,

What a company can do, if someone in issuing fake offer letter using its name and taking huge amounts from the candidates.

We do not have any clue who these persons are no phone no address, the person has just issued offer letter by signing himself to the candidates copying our logo and address from the website.

The Company can not be held responsible.The affected candidates could file complaints with police and seek legal remedies.

FIR need to be lodged as it is a criminal act.

There should be no hesitation in replying to the candidates even if by email that the offer letter, job advertisement, interview call letter is not issued by the company.

You may also obtain details of the offender person details from the candidates and handover to your legal cell/lawyer and let your legal cell/lawyer lodge complaint with police.

Such offenders affect the credibility, reputation, image of the organization too and should not be spared.

The company can give a police complaint. You can give complaint on unknown / identity not known person also.
