Order of state in formation commission

State Information commission has given order to government department to register f.i.r. three times for misplaced file in our case but govt department in spite ordering disciplinary action has not register f.i.r now when I again complaint to state information commission about this , state information commission refused my complaint said that they can not do anything on this because they do not have any power to force them to register f.i.r and asking me to go to high court on the basis of state information commission decision.

in order to go to high court what kind of petition is need to be filed in high court ? and is there any notice is need to be sent to any one one and who should to be made party to such petition. I want ague my matter and file on my own.

you can file at high court directly for direction 482 of Cr.P.C. for registering FIR

The Information Commission has to power to order to register FIR on any officer. The commission can only give recommendation to the Govt to take action (register FIR or any thing). It is upto the Govt to accept the recommendation or not.

You can file a Writ Petition demanding the Govt to accept the recommendations of the Information Commission.
