LIVE IN RELATION

A hindu man had a live in relationship with a hindu married women (her case against her husband is pending in court). The man was residing with the women and with her sister.
when the man come to about the fact that his live in partner is a married he feel some thing and marry a girl legitimately of his choice and left the live in women partner and now staying with his own wife.
his wife is with him and supporting him. but the live women partner fell betrayel and threatening the man to case against him if he would not divorce his legitimate wife and not join her in the live arrangeement again. so my querry is what could be dissasterious for the man and women partner from all angle plz suggest from all side??
