Dear Sir,
What is the procedure to appeal against the order passed by the commissioner(Appeal)of service tax?

Explanation: M/s. S L & Co doing the business of export.For that they have appointed a CHA for clearing. In his Clearing & forwarding service he has raised the ST & SL & co claimed the same .Now the Commissioner of appeal has ordered to return the refund with some conditions.Now we have go for appeal

appeal to CESTAT or centralexcise serv.tax appellate tribunal within 3 months of receipt of orders of commissioner of appeals of serv.tax.
a reasonable delay can also be condoned.
fees varies from Rs1000 to 10000/-depending on serv.tax,int.and penalty invoved.
