Transfer of cases

I am in matrimonial litigation in Tis Hazari from last 4 years but the trial is so slow for the speedy trial of the cases I want to transfer my cases from TIs Hazari to High COurt .
1. Is is possible to transfer the cases from District Court to High Court for speedy trial?
2.What is the procedure for the same.
3Will it be effective?

not it cannot be done . trial court has to conduct the case as it has jurisdiction over matrimonial cases

not possible.

Legally it can not be transferred. High court is also overburdened and any fast disposal of such cases is doubtful in there.
