Yes, she can claim. In absence of proof of her income mere education is not enough to avoid maintenance.

If there was no consent term in the petition of MCD regarding payment of maintenance, she can not claim.

Doing LLB means she is still a student. There is a marked difference between a practising lawyer after completion of LLB and doing LLB. So, your query is not clear on that count.

However, even if she has already qualified LLB and is not earning, she can claim maintenance till she is able to earn sufficiently, as compared to your income, to maintain herself.
