Parking trsanction in apartment

I have a flat in apartment at Pune where I have one parking and want to purchase second parking from my neighbor. The sale deed is yet to happen. The builder has no objection for this transaction. So I wanted to know what legal document should I make for this transaction to secure the ownership of parking till I hold the flat.

Check whether the seller has right to see the parking space especially when you are buying the parking space only, not the flat.

Parking slot problems have gone up to Apex court for guide lines. As per it builders can not sell parking slots.
Consult your local lawyer with all draft agreements with builder.

Sir,
Please note:
[1] Builder can not sell parking space.
[2] One member can be allotted one parking space only.
[3] It is the prerogative of the Housing Society management to allot parking spaces to members only, more than one parking space can be allotted depending on the availability and demand.
