The circulars/notifications/guidelines issued by Ministry of Finance should be available at the employee portal of website of bank, employees unions......................

Apparently the bank has violated.................the guidelines.

The reply of the bank posted by you probably means that 'Employee has joined at location after Transfer..........to show that employee has joined by his sweet will.

The communications posted by you to bank before reply of the bank and order of Commissioner and other docs on record may be examined by your lawyer and reply of the bank be successfully contested.................
