change of name

Hi,
I would like to change my daughter's name, she is just 1year old now.... can anyone guide me with procedure and the procedure applicable in Tamilnadu.

She is only one years old.

If her name has been entered in Municipal records, in such case complete their formality and change name.

If no requirement to change in any Govt. records, start using new name.
