Dear Sir we filed injuction suite againest 6 members this case now in cross examination stage this my case number 167 in the year 2011 please cheak in the web site www.ecourtservices andhrapradesh prakasamdistrict chiara
my lawyer filed a petition regarding return of documents by submitting registerd certified documents by the court but court rejected and also in this case D1 and D3 are exparted finally my lawyer filed a petition like we are not press the suite now and we reserve our right to file a new suite at proper time and asked for the return of documents and take action on members exparted but the judge not accepted to return my documents please help me in this issue

When you have withdrawn suit, there is no impediment to return your documents by placing therein certified copies thereof. But what the Civil Rules of Practice of AP says, I don't know. Your advocate very well knows and he will take care of.

If your case stage is at the Cross Examination of witness, you wont to get back the original documents, at this movement. Or If you have already not pressed the suit, the original documents should be returned to you, only after the appeal time is over ie., after 90 days. So you can get the original documents, after 90 days of the date of not pressing the suit.
