Dear Sir
My mother is having a house in her name ,she has written a will to that on 2007 to her grand son (my brother son) who is a minor and that will is not registered till now and my mother leaving in some other house
Pl advice whether the will is valid or the property is shared to all sons and daughters of my mom.At present my elder brother leaving in that house with his family
Further in that will me and my father sighned as witteness also.My parents are still leaving in their own house

Registration of will is not essential, unregistered will is also valid.
However, will can be changed at any time by the testator.

will is valid . registration of will is optional . she can revoke will if she so desires

yes, thought registration is optional , it is better to do to prove it easily.
