Filed docs in drt filled by defendant but nt by applicant bank

(Querist) 28 March 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hello,

How far is it harmful for the applicant bank who have filed documents(bank Documents) in DRT which are filled by Defendants but not signed or stamped by Applicant bank.

thanks,
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 28 March 2014
If documents are admitted documents of defendant then it is alright. If those are disputed then the bank will have to prove it even it was stamped earlier by it.
