Dear Sir, I am newly married in the month of february and next day of my marriage i came to know that my wife is an established patient of schizophrania for the last 5-6 years. I had sent my wife bck to her parents uptill now they are not cooperating and not disclosing anything about her ailment please suggest me the right path to get-rid of the problem without any harm to me and my family members

can i also file an fir against my inlaws for cheating of not disclosing the ailment of her daughter before marriage and in what way i can get the maximum benefit through court and also with wasting much time in the court proceedings . pl suggest

First Serve A Legal Notice to them in detail and then file for divorce.Consult a Lawyer.

This is a case of nullity u/s 12 of HMA not cheating. However that is to be done within 1 year from date of marriage. Your parents may file suit for damages though.
