Mothers property of my mother

My Mother's mother (grand mother) has written a will stating that a property (house) to be belonged to 3 daughters (out of 4 daughters) after her expire on which the 2 sons has signed has an witness (2 sons out of 3) now the third son wants to file a case against the property , is there any problem for us ?

non of the others could not claim the said will property, so dont waste of time and money.

The property will pass as per will. Get the will probated.

does 3rs son want to challenge the will ? he has to prove will was forged or fabricated or that deceased was not of sound mind
