SIR,
SOME ONE HIDED THE ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF A CHILD AND BY GIVING THE FALSE AFFIDAVIT OBTAIN THE NEW FALSE BIRTH CERTIFICATE BY CHANGING THE FATHER NAME AND HE/SHE ALSO COATED THAT I NEVER MADE BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF THE CHILD EARLIER.
LATER I HAVE INFORMED THE REGISTRAR BUT HE HAS NOT TAKEN ANY STEP AFTER THAT I HAVE INFORMED TO SSP BUT NO JOY.
CAN I FILE THE CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST HE/SHE AND UNDER WHICH SECTION. BECAUSE THAT BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS USED BY THAT PARTY IN 125 cRPC CASE OF MAINTENENCE.

I GOT MARRIED TO A DIVORCED LADY WHO HAD ONE CHILD FROM PREVIOUS MARRIAGE. WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE MY MOTHER IN LAW HAS APPLIED FOR THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO SDM VERY NEXT DAY OF MARRIAGE AND GIVEN AN AFFIDVITE CLAIMING THAT KU.... D/O MY SELF WAS BORN ON .... AND DUE TO UNAWARES SHE HAD NOT MADE THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF HER GRANDDAUGHTER.ACTUALLY SHE HAD ALREADY MADE THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AFTER THE GIRL BORN WITH THE NAME OF HER ORIGINAL FATHER. LATER THEY FORCED ME TO SIGN ADOPTION DEED AND FILED DOWRY AND DV CASES AGAINST ME AND FILE THE FALSE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AS DOCUMENTS IN THE COURT FOR OBTAINING THE MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCE FOR THAT CHILD.

you can file writ mandamus in High Court
But before that if you know that fraud has taken place with/without connivance of public official you can write complaint to concerned Thana.
In that event the writ can lie against registrar as well as police.

was consent of biological father obtained? child could not have been given in adoption without consent of biological father . if your signatures are forged file case of cheating , forgery against your mother in law . contact a local lawyer and also file writ as advised

For adoption deed consent of biological father is needed. You have mentioned:

1. What was the DOB in new certificate and how your name was entered as father on the very next day of marriage.
2. If in birth certificate your name as father was entered what was the need of adoption deed?

If you have authentic documents to prove the original birth of the child and also of having forged your signature in the adoption deed, you can lodge a complaint with the police for cheating, forgery, impersonation, criminal intimidation etc against all of them who were involved in the scandal.

sir i have ALL THE DOCUMENTS,
1 ORIGNAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF CHILD WITH ACTUAL FATHER NAME MADE IN 2006
2. FORGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH MY NAME.
3. ALL THE ATTESTED COPY OF AFFIDAVIT AND APPLICATION ANN FACK DATA GIVEN BY MY MOTHER-IN-LAW WHICH IS CERTIFIED BY eo OF NAGAR PALIKA.
4. I MADE A COMPLAINT TO EO AND CMO AS MY MOTHER IN LAW IS NURSE AND ALSO GIVEN THE FALSE STATEMENT OF DILIVERY THAT kU....D/O.. S DILIVERY IS CONDUCTED BY ME I ALSO GIVEN COMLAINT TO SSP, BUT NO JOY
IS THERE ANY THING WHICH CAN BE FILED IN LOCAL GHAZIABAD COURT.THE JURISDICTION OF PLACE.
NOW I FANT FIX MY MOTHER-IN-LAW BECAUSE SHE IS THE ONLE ONE WHO DESTROYED MY MARRIAGE LIFE AND PUT ME IN TROUBLE WITH FALSE CASES.

If the police is reluctant to register FIR, investigate and book culprits, you may based on the complaint you lodged with the police, file a private complaint u/s 156)3) before the JMFC in your jurisdictional territory for remedy and relief.
