thank u sir for your opinion.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 14 April 2014
Mere suggestion is no offence. If she actually commits such things with another person then only she is liable for legal recourse.

Why chat through social website, don't you live together in the same house?

Further, your description is also not clear, whether she suggested you for oral sex with someone else or she herself wanted to have oral sex with some other person other than you? She can be termed as of bad character only if she actually indulges in sex with some person other than you.

I agree with the expert advise of Sh. P S Dhingra and Sh. Devajyoti Barman.
Where are you? What have you been doing when you found her chating on social site? I did not find any logic in your post.
It is not a legal query, please stop such post.

Try to trust each other, don't try to find fault, it may cost your mental peace.

1. No. Just talking about doing it with others when you are showing no interest in it, is not a crime,

2. If she has committed the act with others, then only you can bring a charge on her.

Such talk should not make you suspicious. She must have said this in pure jest or in anger.

Law has no remedy for a person unsure of himself and suspicious of others.
malipeddi jaggarao (Expert) 14 April 2014
When you are chatting with your wife, cannot you convince her that you are not interested in such things? If she talks about a third party either for you or for her, cannot you prevail over her that those practices are unethical? It appears you do not have real problem and the query do not fit for reply.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 14 April 2014
Admittedly it is oral and the oral has no conclusive evidence either itself or by itself. Therefore itis deemed that offence has been done by her hence until there is no other dispute, this cannot be any concrete reason for a major dispute between you both, so it is better to not flare up petty issues for good for nothing reasons.
