Dear Experts,
This is related to 2 holding no where no passage is shown in the old town survey map.
These two building exists since last 100 years.
It can be seen in year 1914's town survey map that these 2 holding no exists but with out any entry passage. During the course of time people of these 2 holding and other neighours use one common passage to enter the holdings which is shown in respective registration deed. But this common passage is not present in any map of the municipality like survey map.
What steps needs to be taken to update the municipality record.
This is the only passage by which we can enter to our house . can any body close this passage?

Nobody can block the ingress and egress facility for accessing your property, under easements act you can very well get a mandatory injunction against anyone who is going against it. If the same has a mention in your property documents, why do you worry about the Municipal records?.
