1. How can we transfer the property in the name of legal heirs?
2. The two sisters want to relinquish her share in the name of the 4 brothers?
3. What is the procedure of relinqueshment?
4. Whether all releasor and releasee need to present in front of the regiatrar or only releasor can perform the relinqueshment procedure?

1) i presume it is self acquired property of grand father . on death of grand parents each legal heir has 1/6th share in property
2) deed of relinquishment has to be prepared wherein 2 sisters relinquish 1/6th share in property /. it has to be duly stamped and registered

Agree with the advise of expert ajay sethi ji. Consent of grand children not required.
