DEAR COLLEAGUES, HOW TO PROVE e-mail?(to get the documents proved as per provisions of Evidence Act and to get it exhibited.)I have gone through sec. 65 b of the Evidence Act.But little confused. Please enlighten me supported with Latest caselaws on this points.

yes emails are admissible in evidence .obtain printout of email
