how to take stay order on mstrimonal house.

Hello sir..
Iam living in matriomal house..i have court order to stay in matriomal house..under dv act which is file my me..my quiery is if i have to go for 4 to 5 days away from my matrimonial house on account of some urgent piece of work ...can i go ?? Or should i take stay order on home.. which is name of both my mother in law nd my husband.. if not what i do..any other alternative..

you can go for your work, no need to any special permission to ask any one.

yes you can go outstation in connection with your work . you have right to stay in matrimonial home . mere 5 days of absence wont deprive you of such right

You lock your portion or room before leaving the matrimonial home and come back start residing in the uncomfortable atmosphere once again. Nobody can stop you from re-entering the house especially in the light of court's order for residential rights.
