Lodge complaint to SEBI.
Also send legal notice to company and registrar office.
If send by registered post, track online when the document was delivered.

Nowadays, shares in physical form are outdated. You are required to convert them into demat shares by opening a demat account with some Depository. Consult local share broker who can be of help to you. Take the xerox copies of the shares, correspondence, and the evidence of sending the shares. They will properly advise you by looking into all the papers.

A visit to a local share broking office will make you aware of all the procedures and formalities to be complied for the purpose.
