I have purchased a ready NA land from the earlier owner with industrial land use sanctioned in earlier NA order, now can I change the land use to residential cum commercial and also get the plan saction from local gram panchayat samiti to construct row houses and commercial units....as it does not fall under corporation limit of the city.....pls suggest

Apply for plan approval to the concerned authority, if it is not permissible, your application will be rejected giving reasons thereto or else it will be sanctioned.

Sir....Thank you all.....
As suggested by Mr.T Kalaiselvan...I did get the Construction permission and plan stamped ('Bandhkam Parwana' as we call it in Maharashtra) from the Gram Panchayat.....But i was suggested by my friend to cross check.....also i want to sell those row hosues and commercial space later.... as a development project...
