Greetings for the day to all Experts ..
I have the FIR against me in which my Wife had said that she or Father-in law had spend about 25 Lakhs on our marriage where in as per my calculation they had spend about 6-7 lakhs on marriage. Earlier in the meetings they asked us to give about 15 lakhs and then , when they logdged the FIR , the amount mentioned was 25 Lakhs. Now Police called me quiet no. of times and I educated them about the supreme court Ruling on 2nd July 2014 , and going thru that Police had now asked my Wife to give proofs of everything like MRL , PCR call made , Medical if you were depressed due to dowry harassment, Cash proofs etc etc including the bills of all the items mentioned in Streedhan List. Also Police had told my wife that If I continue to report to them whenever they will call , then they will not arrest me as per Supreme Court's ruling. Now its been a month neither my wife nor my FIL had turned up with Bills. SHO called my FIL , he said girl is sick so we cannot come as of now and had taken more time. Its been like 4 months now that Police had not done the RECOVERY of left over articles. We are willing to give the Recovery. my Query is :
1> Since now my FIL is under pressure shall I , At this point of time go ahead with TEP to pressurize him more ? because we get replies very late from govt. bodies.
2> Would filing TEP at this point of time backfire ?
3> I have heard drafting TEP properly would make the chances of rejection ,less.

Do file TEP and follow it up with the IT Authorities.
It is high time to do this.
