Can you explain Criminal appeal in detail taking an example starting from the lowest court and how it leads upto criminal appeal?
How to file, where to file, which sections, can you pls provide comprehensive details on this

Criminal Appeal means any appeal against the judgement of the lower criminal court.
Criminal Appeal can be filed u/s 374(3) of Cr.P.C.
In case of any order of the Dist., and Sessions judge in criminal case, then appeal lies with the High Court.

one more clarification- criminal appeal is filed against conviction n criminal accquital appeal is filed by the state in case of accquital of d accused n in some case dis right can also be excercised by the victim r his relative by way of revision
