Respected Experts.
Apologize to ask a serious question, however its paramount to my case.
1. An advocate is an officer of the court, can he/she be held as a "Deemed Public Servant" u/s 21 of IPC or in Prevention of Corruption Act 1988,
2. Can a woman who offers sexual gratification to someone in return of some legal favors be termed as bribe giver
Would request a serious legal answer & apologize again for putting up such a delicate question.
thankyou

An Advocate (unless appointed as a Govt. pleader or as a Public Prosecutor) is not a public servant. Please refer Shrilekha Vidyarti v. State of U.P. (1991) 1 SCC 212.
As regards the other issues, please state full facts, as required by Mr. Ajay Sethi.

Thanku for giving clarifications on the 1st question..
Wrt 2nd query, my bhabhi had filed several women centric cases against us...city's topmost crmnl advocate was r advocate. During r associatn wid d advocate, she influenced him sexually & he helped behind scenes wid her..thr r some legal notices exchanged on the sensitive topic between me & bhabhi & their advocates & thy have no reply..infact my own advocate appoints other best advocates (his friends) & proofs of the cosnpiracy of appointment too...advocates r appointed to help my bhabhi in cases against us...its not ust sexual favors, its a criminal conspiracy and fraud...thr r judgments of hc wich state if a woman offers pleasures to man to obtain legal favors - she is termed as characterless & at d same time its done to cause direct losses to someone as she wud indulge for illegal favors for her interest and /or to harm someone else too.
Above all, can legal judiciary proceedings be reduced to exhange of pleasure acts sidelining advocates act, code of conduct etc. if this tactic is resorted by cheap women & cheap advocates, then can the victim's family stay quiet & if we react what legal actions r suggested by the resected legal experts
hence i request the expert opinion on this sensitive issue.

If you have strong prrof reagrdig all these alegations then you can file complaint against the lawyer in concerned state bar association but beware without having sufficiet proof the complaint will not be entertained and the lawyer can in return sue you for defamation as well as for damages.
