Land tilled by us snatched by miscreants

Bought land during 1953 and tilled by us with labourers.During 1974-75 due to LRF act miscreants took land by filing as themselves as tiller.Land tribunal/AC also upheld the same but after our High court writ pettn and order also AC declrd after spot inspn & other parties version etc.,conferred rights on the other party.We have RTC upto 1974 but later it was transfered to the other party .A lorry driver claimed land(abt 4 acres) and died later on leaving land barren but sold it to others before death.Driver's son-in-law now claims the land. With the available tax paid recpts upto 1974-75,RTC,highcourt orders,AC ORDERS and land not tilled since more than 20/25 years can we go for court/appeal to high court? OR what are the options left for us?The case is purely mastermind of crooked people with lavish money spent/taken with all sorts of illegallity/muscle power/rowdy acts etc.,
Father died due to loss of land and as legal heirs what possibilities are there
after so many years? Pl clarify

your chances of success are very bleak .since 1974 land has been transferred in name of thrid parties as per court orders

This is not to discourage you, but tell us that what were you doing so far after 1974?, Suppose, if the person in possession of the property has perfected his title by adverse possession, what is your challenge for it?, better consult a local lawyer and proceed accordingly.
