My query is if four sisters have signed a document in favour of brothers stating no claim on it.property is not yet sold , can it be reversed? As 1 of the sister wants to withdraw from it.and its been 10 years almost.

No , it cannot be done unless so decreed by civil court which tie taking to say the least.

thank you so much for the reply.the reason behind this query was, as they are 4 sisters and 4 brothers so one of the sister suspect that 1 sister did not sign the document as she being the local citizen in a city of MP,she was absent when rest of the three signed the document.suspecting this out of 3 who signed it 1 wants to withdraw from it, feeling cheated about it.

was it a relinquishment deed ? once relinquishment deed has been signed by sisters and registered they have no further share in property . they cannot now claim any share in property
