File a Transfer Petition in the appropriate Court, preferably High Court....

Sorry for the hasty reply. It should be SC not High Court. My sincere apologies!

you will have to move SC for transfer of case from bangalore to pune or hyderabad . merely because your brother has got transferred from bangalore to pune is no grounds for transfer . wife convenience is taken into account

SC has to be moved, but in the given facts chances are rare.

@youngerbro,
Where is the case right now i.e., Banglore or Madhya Karnataka or some where else?
You can try your/your elderbro's luck by filing transfer application in Supreme Court. Posting of your elderbro is no excuse/ground for transfer of the case to the place of your choice.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 07 September 2014
The chances are very bleak. Today he is transferred to Pune, later on he will be transferred to elsewhere, this will not be considered as ground for transfer. This will be a favorable situation to the girl.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 07 September 2014
Transfer of the case is generally accepted on the prayer of wife and not on the request of husband.
