Rent receipts.

If my rent receipt is on my name and says "with shed", am i entitled to the property of the shed in the redevelopement proposal??

Is the case similar when my home has an attached terrace i.e. do i get the area under terrace during redevelopment?

1. You see a rental receipt does not contain any description of the area given on rent. As a tenant the space that you enjoying is deemed as the rented space and if for such shed and the attached terrace and the house that you are paying the rent can be considered as the area that you are entitled for and can claim such area during the the redevelopment scheme.

Claim the area in redevelopment process, if not agreed consult a local lawyer.
