Dear Sir,
On seventh of this month I booked 6 tickets from Delhi to Bagdogra of jet airways through make my trip, and by mistake I wrote my auntie's name (Gayatri) twice instead of my bhabhi's name. then I contacted to make my trip they said they could be able to change the name if they receive a remark from jet airways and gave me the contact no. of jet airways. Then I contacted to jet airways one of their executive told me that only service provider can make a change. And second option he told me that cancel that ticket and make a new one, and also said to send an email to info@jetairways.com for the matter and said you would get response within 24 hours. I did the same but I didn't get any response even in 30 hours. That ticket was refundable when I booked but after cancellation I got a message only 611 rs. will be transferred in your account. Sir plz help me how can I get my money back and the big matter is to make an example for them because they are doing wrong.

Agreed with experts.
If you have recorded the calls, it is good.
If you have not, prepare the script of your next call and rive the call in such manner that they accept that you called on dates……………………..and also agree with minutes of discussion during the call.
Although these companies record the calls, but they don’t agree to provide the recordings even in DCDRF, and you never know what was punched in computer notebook by the customer care executive.
Did you obtain the transaction id?
