I own a plot in my town. All papers are with me. All are legal. But a person filed a caseststing the land belongs to him.. not having any documents then how can he file a case

The fact remains that the other person has already filed a case.
Therefore, it no more remains a question, as to how anybody can file a case without documents.
Now, you have to defend your case, in case you have received notice from the court about the case. You to effectively counter all the points wrongly stated in the plaint.

Defend and prove that the property belongs to you and you are having all legal documents regarding property with you, consult a local lawyer.

If any body claims the possession or title of the property, he has to produce the documents for that along with the Plaint. Normally the registry will number it only after verifying the relevant documents.
However it seems that the case is registered, you have no other go except to make your appearance and disprove his case.
